This service allows you to securely purchase top-up phone credit to be used from prison.
An administration fee of £4.95 is chargeable for this service. This fee covers our costs for providing this service.
Please ensure all the details you provide are correct, so that we can apply the credit to the prisoner’s account without delay.
Please note that the prisoner can only use the funds to call people on their allowed list of contacts. You will need to contact the prison directly if you need to be added to this list.
Once your payment has been verified, the phone account will be credited within 48 hours.
